Last Minute Christmas Outfits

The holiday that has been highly anticipated by a lot of people lately is only 2 sleeps away, and that means you’re either really relaxed or scrambling to buy forgotten presents and such.  To take a little bit of the weight off your shoulders, I’ve put together two simple to re-create outfits to help you easily choose the perfect outfit for Christmas Day.  The goal of these looks is to inspire you to use pieces already in your closet to make similar outfits!  Here we go:

HOLIDAY-COLORED DRESS + LEATHER

This outfit is comfy, yet gives off the dressier look many people want to achieve on Christmas.  I took the softest garnet dress, threw on a white leather jacket to add some edge, and added a pair of OTK boots to up the whole look.  Also, as per usual, I wore silver accessories to make the outfit more put together.  You can easily re-create this look with any holiday-colored dress and leather jacket of any color that you may have in your closet.  A pair of booties works just as well as OTK boots, and you can add your own personal flair with some one-of-a-kind accessories!

Garnet Dress (similar, as the one in this post is last season’s) // White Leather Jacket (similar, mine was thrifted) // OTK Boots

HOLIDAY SWEATER AND A PATTERNED SKIRT

This second look is bright and fun with all the pops of colors you could ever want or need!  For the top, I picked out a plain red sweater that is easy for any of you to go find for yourselves, and for the bottom I chose this uniquely patterned skirt that adds a lot of pizzazz to the outfit.  This look is very spunky in itself and I didn’t want to steal the skirt’s spotlight with the accessories, so a nice pair of gold earrings and black booties did the trick!  Finding your own holiday-colored sweater in your closet or at a store shouldn’t be too hard this time of year, and any patterned skirt will work when trying to re-create this outfit.
