4th of July has to be one of my favorite holidays for many reasons. In America, this is the day to celebrate our country’s creation with cookouts, parties, and red, white, and blue clothes, which is always so much fun. I love finding any patriotic pieces I might have and pairing them together to create the ultimate July 4th outfit. Today, I am going to share a couple of looks. Neither looks are “all-out,” but when worn on the 4th, they become quite patriotic.
ROMPIN’ AROUND
The first look is a fun blue and white striped off-the-shoulder romper. The ruffles create a girly vibe, which I tried to balance out with layered necklaces including a velvet forest green choker, gold hoop earrings, and white sneakers. The romper is made of light material, so it’s perfect for being out in the summer heat during a cookout. I have to admit that before putting this romper on, I was skeptical as to whether or not I would like it, but this outfit turned out to be so cute!
MORE OF A WESTERN STYLE
I adore this next ensemble because it’s really my style. Bright red is my favorite color (if you read my 15 Facts About Me post you would know this), and the bodysuit captures that color perfectly! The jean shorts are very “all-American” and I threw on a thrifted black leather belt with geometric hardware that matched my earrings. This is an outfit you can really move around in, so it’s great for dancing and walking about.
I’m excited to celebrate July 4th, and outfits like these make me look forward to it even more! They aren’t crazy patriotic like some looks, but I think they get the message across that it’s Independence Day in the US. No matter who you are, American or not, I hope you have a safe and happy 4th 🙂 Thanks for reading and feel free to comment below what you’re doing on July 4th, even if you don’t celebrate it.

You look so so fabulous in both of these looks. I love the edgy feel in the first outfit but you totally rock the red ruffles.

That romper with the choker is such a cute look!!!! Your hair in that braid is perfection!! I literally struggle with braiding my own hair (weird, because I can braid on others so easily) did you do that yourself?!
