Room Tour 2017

Today, I am so excited to show you all around the best place in my house, my bedroom!  My room is clean since I have been purging all the useless stuff out of it lately, so I decided it is the perfect time to share it with you.  The main colors are blue and yellow with light green walls (trust me it’s prettier than is sounds!), and I have hung up my own drawings along with other artwork on the walls.  Other than that, I’ll let you check out the rest of my room for yourself, starting from the doorway, and going all the way around to my bed.

When you first walk into my room, you will see a cute photo collage I created on my door, and a few shelves.  On the bookshelf, there are some baskets filled with miscellaneous objects I have accumulated over the past few years and cute décor pieces on top.  Across from there, 2 little shelves line my wall.  They hold my tennis trophies and many notebooks that contain my thoughts and writings.

My desk is against the wall opposite my doorway, and I have to admit that it isn’t used as much as it should be, but it is still a nice thing to have.  There are photos, old papers, office supplies, and an excessive amount of pencils on my desk!

The place where I get ready every morning is surprisingly neat!  The drawers are filled with my athletic wear, pajamas, and t-shirts, while my makeup and jewelry adorn the top of my dresser.  Also, a big white mirror rests on my dresser, too.

One of my favorite and most cutest part of my room (at least in my opinion) is my lil’ reading corner.  The blue ottoman contains fashion and tennis magazines, with my nicer, more aesthetically pleasing books, seated on top.  Behind and beside the big comfy chair are all my art supplies and more miscellaneous items.  There is also another bookshelf that is filled to the brim, and all my Harry Potter are showcased above, as they are 7 of my most prized possessions! 😂

Lastly, here is where I spend the majority of my time.  Whether it is to write blog posts, draw, do homework, or scroll through Insta; you can find me on my bed, even if I’m not sleeping!  I strung up fairy lights through the headboard and added yellow flower pillows to create a pop of color on my mostly blue and white bed.  Also, I have my trusty clock, some cute DIY glitter candle jars, and a bunch of nail polish on the nightstand next to my bed.
